Overview
Lead ERP transformation across Order to Cash and Supply Chain
Own delivery across integrations data migration and reporting
Manage scope schedule budget risk and quality

Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional program delivery across multiple workstreams
Manage timelines milestones dependencies and critical path
Oversee ERP middleware data migration and reporting tracks
Act as main liaison between business IT and vendors
Drive SDLC across build test deploy and support
Manage risks issues and escalations with clear actions
Oversee SIT UAT data validation and cutover readiness
Manage vendors SOWs and delivery performance
Coach PMs and Scrum Masters
Lead workshops and cross-team alignment
Ensure delivery meets timeline and budget
Support transition to production and support teams

Technical Environment
Oracle Fusion Cloud
Oracle Integration Cloud Kafka Spring Boot

Requirements
8 years project or program management
5 years leading ERP transformations in Order to Cash or Supply Chain
Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Oracle EBS R12 or Dynamics 365
Strong SDLC experience across build test migration deployment
Agile and SAFe experience
Experience with APIs EDI middleware
Strong communication with global teams

Nice to Have
PMP certification
MBA or Masters degree
French language
