2026 – Corporate Functions – Poland Working Student (September May) – Global Supplier Services – Warsaw

As a Working Student in our JPMorganChase Warsaw office you will be offered variety growth and a great introduction to a range of projects and tasks and will have extensive exposure to daily operations of a leading financial institution.

Our Global Supplier Services function provides excellent accounting services engages vendors and provides frameworks holding them accountable. Be a part of a team that drives processes in a manner that mitigates supplier-related risks enhances performance manages payments and provides the Firm with an optimal client experience.

The program runs from 21 September 2026 to 31 May 2027 and is designed to provide an eight-month on the job experience during which you will be expected to work 20 h/week on-site in Warsaw. Several vacancies are available and depending on the department you will join each role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in different aspects of the financial services industry with a variety of responsibilities.

Job responsibilities

• Processes and manages data and documentation accurately in relevant systems ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
• Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries support business operations and maintain strong working relationships
• Investigates and resolves issues or discrepancies efficiently escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution
• Participates in process improvement initiatives contributing ideas to enhance efficiency quality and customer experience
• Prepares maintains and reviews reports and records to support business needs and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Supports project activities and collaborates with team members to achieve departmental objectives
• Ensures adherence to company policies procedures and regulatory guidelines in all activities

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Graduating in June 2027 to December 2027 from a Bachelors or Masters degree
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Demonstrated interest in Business Administration Management Governance Finance Economics Wealth Management Law Accounting Audit or similar
• Relevant experience within the financial industry
• Understanding of accounting principles or finance operations
