Major Accountabilities

• Leverage centrally created dashboards and maintain any local-specific mappings to ensure reports use data of a high quality and standard.

• Serve as point of contact for delivering market-specific commercial insights to commercial teams incl. deep dive analysis of competitor performance identifying risks and opportunities

• Participate and contribute to data-related projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation incl. staying informed about industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics

• Analyze large complex datasets to reveal underlying patterns correlations and trends with a mix of both quantitative and qualitative research.

• Stakeholder management - Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and GCO to drive analytics & business insights.

• SFE tools (SCOUT) user management product assignment product library and maintenance of territory and interaction plan

• Contact point regarding any CRM question onboarding new entering colleagues.

• Manage COMEX Order management in SAP PO creation.

Key performance indicators:

• Preparation and on time submission of in-market reports dashboards.

• Smooth and precise management of CRM system.

Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

• At least 1 year experience within data and analytics advanced knowledge of MS Excel

• Proven experience in data quality management and data consolidation preferably in a multinational or global organization.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as QlikSense Power BI solutions is a plus

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills in leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to drive business performance and insights.

• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Languages:

• Hungarian is a must

• English is a must
