The junior Manager Business Insights and CRM will have a double role.
One hand supporting data-driven decisions with market tracking reports and analytics. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor performance across internal and external data points allowing Sandoz to unlock the full potential and growth in market.
Other part of role is to be admin of our CRM systems (Scout).

Major Accountabilities
Leverage centrally created dashboards and maintain any local-specific mappings to ensure reports use data of a high quality and standard.
Serve as point of contact for delivering market-specific commercial insights to commercial teams incl. deep dive analysis of competitor performance identifying risks and opportunities
Participate and contribute to data-related projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation incl. staying informed about industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics
Analyze large complex datasets to reveal underlying patterns correlations and trends with a mix of both quantitative and qualitative research.
Stakeholder management - Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and GCO to drive analytics & business insights.
SFE tools (SCOUT) user management product assignment product library and maintenance of territory and interaction plan
Contact point regarding any CRM question onboarding new entering colleagues.
Manage COMEX Order management in SAP PO creation.
Key performance indicators:
Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:
At least 1 year experience within data and analytics advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Proven experience in data quality management and data consolidation preferably in a multinational or global organization.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as QlikSense Power BI solutions is a plus
Skills:
Strong analytical skills in leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to drive business performance and insights.
Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Languages:
Hungarian is a must
English is a must
