You will join your Program Coordinator and the other members of your Business Traineeship cohort one day each week for support as you learn business skills grow your confidence work on a group project and complete the Certificate I Workplace YouAs a trainee you will be required to undertake and successfully complete a Certificate I in Workplace Skills as part of the Skilling Queenslanders for Work Program including learning and assessment outcomes required for the traineeship. You will carry out tasks related to office administration clerical support and customer service whilst under supervision by your Host Employer and consistent with learning progression. As part of the Program you will also implement and deliver a group project as led by your Program Coordinator.
