Are you an engagement professional looking for something a little different Join Sunwater as our Customer Engagement Advisor where youll be a central link between Sunwater and its customers across regional Queensland. You will play a vital role advising the organisation on customer and engagement activities providing strategic and tactical support.
As a Customer Engagement Advisor at Sunwater you will:
- Strengthen Sunwaters customer response capability by contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators
- Advise on and deliver customer initiatives such as the Customer Survey that support Sunwaters corporate goals and drive customer-focused efficient outcomes across the organisation
- Develop and deliver clear and effective proactive and reactive communication for customers
- Organise and manage customer related forums and events including regular Customer Advisory Committee meetings and Sunwaters Customer Experience (CX) program
- Manage the Customer Engagement mailbox responding to internal and external enquiries
- Carry out occasional administrative coordination related to engagement activities supported by an administrative team for daytoday tasks.
We are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in customer engagement who is comfortable travelling regularly across regional Queensland. Travel is typically one to two nights per month though this may fluctuate with peaks and quieter periods. You will hold tertiary qualifications in communications public relations or similar and hold IAP2 accreditation. Experience in the water sector or regional stakeholder engagement would be an advantage. You will also bring:
- Strategic vision: Ability to design and deliver customer initiatives and projects along with improvement strategies and programs
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with advanced writing and presentation experience
- Relationship management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders including operational staff based across regional Queensland fostering trust resolving issues proactively and ensuring alignment to achieve shared organisational outcomes
- Event management: Proven ability to organise and manage the delivery of customer related events including developing communication plans run sheets agendas meeting minutes and seeking approvals.
This is an 18-month fixed term maternity leave contract role. This role offers an array of attractive benefits including:
