- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding confirmations and status changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS and personnel files.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation and routine employee communications.
- Serve as first-line support for employee HR queries leave administration and general People requests.
- Provide timely and accurate data inputs to support payroll processing and People reporting.
- Support execution of employee engagement initiatives learning logistics surveys and internal People communications.
- Ensure data integrity confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and labour regulations; support HR audits as required.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation and cross-functional People projects.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years experience in HR Operations People Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience working in a scaling tech-driven environment.
- Good working knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
