We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented and digitally fluent Admin & Marketing Associate to support the CEO keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and contribute to our brands growth across e-commerce and social media channels.

Position Summary

The Admin & Marketing Associate will support the CEO and cross-functional teams across administrative tasks business operations and digital marketing. This person will help manage priorities keep projects moving and actively grow Herbal Goodnesss presence on Amazon Walmart Shopify LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok.

This role is a great fit for an early-career candidate who is organized curious and comfortable with digital tools and AI. You will gain hands-on experience across e-commerce operations executive support and social media growth in a fast-paced mission-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Research topics summarize findings and create documents and presentations to support business decisions
• Leverage company AI tools to improve team efficiency automate repetitive tasks and make work easier across the organization
• Maintain organized systems for files communications and workflows

CEO & Business Development Support

• Manage the CEOs calendar schedule meetings and ensure priorities are protected
• Track and follow up on action items from meetings and leadership discussions
• Manage and organize the CEOs Asana task board to keep projects on track
• Support analysis and updates across Amazon Walmart and Shopify sales channels
• Manage Helium 10 for Amazon keyword tracking listing optimization and competitive research
• Pull and synthesize reporting from Sellerboard to surface insights on profitability sales trends and performance

Marketing Support

• Grow the CEOs LinkedIn profile through consistent content engagement and community building (KPI: follower growth and engagement rate)
• Grow Herbal Goodnesss Instagram account through strategic posting storytelling and audience interaction (KPI: follower growth and engagement rate)
• Grow the companys TikTok presence with a focus on content that drives revenue and builds community (KPIs: revenue attributed to TikTok sales conversions and customer service metrics)

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred
• 0 to 2 years of experience in an administrative marketing or operations support role (internship experience welcome)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve output and speed
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
• Experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok) is a plus
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying closely aligned with leadership

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be especially attractive:

• Social media content creation or community management for a product brand
• E-commerce platforms including Amazon Walmart Marketplace or Shopify
• Administrative or executive support (internship or part-time experience counts)
• Start-up or growth-stage company environments
• Basic data analysis or reporting using Excel or Google Sheets
