Job Summary
Main Resposibilities:
The ideal will have an excellent understanding of scheduling best practices resource & cost loaded scheduling overall construction project controls Pre and Post contracts experience. as well as the interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with the internal stakeholders of the project team on a daily basis.
Responsible to manage Contract with Grade A general Contractors; Accountable for all contract preparation Contractual correspondence Change management for multiple packages
To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role.

Qualifications :
Bachelors or advanced degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field; or demonstrated equivalent and related experience.
