Responsibilities

• Support existing clients including agencies and advertisers via telephone chat and email.
• Manage a balance of warm inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach to drive growth.
• Identify specific sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored advertising solutions.
• Act as a consultant to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns for your customers.
• Monitor performance metrics and act proactively to enhance campaign success and address challenges.
• Ensure a premium customer experience by promoting the effective use of various advertising products.
• Direct clients to appropriate technical specialists when more complex expertise is required.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in French and a strong command of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or a similar commercial role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Solid business acumen and a strong interest in the technology and digital marketing sectors.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and handle unique situations with confidence.
• Flexibility to prioritize workloads and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork spirit and an eagerness to learn and grow.
