CRM Specialist

Reporting to: Head of Digital Transformation

Location: Metamorfosis Athens


We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to manage customize and optimize our Zoho ecosystem. You will be responsible for implementing solutions across multiple Zoho applications developing custom workflows and scripts (Deluge) and building seamless integrations with our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Customize and configure Zoho modules including - but not limited to - CRM Creator Billing Flow and Projects

  • Develop advanced workflows functions and automation using Deluge script to address unique Telematics business processes

  • Build and maintain robust integrations between Zoho applications and ERP via APIs

  • Provide technical support and training to users ensuring data integrity across all integrated systems

Job requirements

Main Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CRM Specialist (Zoho ecosystem will be considered as a plus)

  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting language is essential

  • Experience integrating Zoho with external platforms using APIs specifically for real-time data exchange

  • Proven problem-solving skills with experience managing complex data integrations and workflow scenarios

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide top-notch customer support

  • Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest industry developments and eagerness to bring innovative solutions to the organization

  • Proficiency in English
