Job Summary
- Lead direct and manage siteoperationsto ensure that theoperationsstaff executes service agreements at or above theclients standards.
- Maximize profitability through superiorclientservice effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with theclient.
- Plan and monitor daily staffingschedules andadjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
- Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
- Responsible to train develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable including client invoicing and collections as needed
