Job Summary

The Shipper responsibilities are to accurately stock warehouse pick orders prepare for shipping verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments to support the Company mission To deliver exceptional services engineered solutions and quality products on time.

Hourly Wage: $18.50 to $21.00 per hour DOE

Essential Functions

Prepare outbound cartons for shipments
Accurately prepare all paperwork necessary for shipments
Prepare shipments for carrier
Documentation of inbound shipments receiving
Maintain In Stock items
Maintain accurate inventories including locating parts from production to the warehouse
Computer entry for shipping/ receiving activities
Work with customer service on shipment details
Load/Unload incoming/outgoing molds
Complete paperwork related to mold transfer
Follow all safety guidelines and rules
Follow written work procedures
Maintain neat and orderly work area
Able to meet Beacon Manufacturing Groups values: Accountability Integrity Innovation Service & Teamwork

Required Skills:

Able to frequently lift boxes. A pre-placement physical evaluation to be successfully completed.
Work independently and as a team
Attention to detail is crucial
Familiar with scale usage
Forklift license (or ability to obtain license)
Prior Computer experience essential

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 6:00am to 2:15pm

Required Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED.

Training in general safety

Preferred Education and Experience:

Previous warehouse and/or shipping experience helpful.

Pre-employment Conditions:

Successful completion of a criminal background check physical capabilities testing and a drug screen.
