Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CLM Project Manager to lead the planning implementation and optimization of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Conga CLM strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and proven success delivering enterprise-wide contract management transformations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the CLM initiative including scope timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Monitor and manage project progress to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Sales Legal Procurement IT and Operations teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders.
- Address concerns proactively and maintain strong engagement across departments.
3. Vendor Management
- Lead selection and management of CLM solution vendors.
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and project specifications.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and vendors.
4. Process Optimization
- Analyze and optimize contract management processes to improve efficiency compliance and execution.
- Implement CLM best practices to streamline workflows across the contract lifecycle.
- Enhance monitoring and reporting capabilities.
5. Training & Change Management
- Develop and deliver training programs for end users.
- Drive adoption through structured change management strategies.
- Address resistance and promote smooth transition to new CLM systems.
6. Quality Assurance
- Establish QA processes to ensure data integrity compliance and system accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain governance standards within the CLM environment.
Required Skills
- 10 years of Project Management experience
