Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
This role requires deep technical acumen strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to drive large-scale Salesforce programs from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business product and engineering teams to deliver scalable high-impact Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Implementation Leadership

Lead end-to-end Salesforce Service Cloud programs including planning execution and launch readiness.

Drive implementation strategy technical alignment and delivery milestones.

Oversee cross-functional execution across product engineering business and operations teams.
Technical & Product Strategy

Partner with architects and engineers to align Salesforce solutions with enterprise technical strategy.

Support solution design reviews and ensure alignment with platform best practices.

Translate business objectives into scalable technical roadmaps.
Stakeholder & Executive Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and senior leadership.

Facilitate cross-functional alignment and resolve competing priorities.

Provide clear status reporting risk updates and executive-level communications.
Process Optimization & Governance

Develop and refine intake queue management processes.

Establish scalable program governance frameworks.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across Salesforce programs.
Risk & Issue Management

Proactively identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage issue escalation paths across technical and business teams.

Ensure program delivery aligns with timelines scope and budget expectations.
Metrics & Performance Tracking

Define and track program KPIs and success metrics.

Monitor adoption performance and operational efficiency improvements.

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in Technical Program Management.

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
