Whats the role
As a Finance Manager in our Mortgages business youll play a key role in helping the business understand how its performing and where it can improve. Youll work closely with stakeholders across Mortgages partnering with them to provide clear financial insights that support better decisions and customer outcomes.
Youll be responsible for analysing and explaining financial results supporting forecasting and planning activities and translating data into practical insights the business can act on. This is a handson role where youll balance regular reporting with ad hoc analysis while managing timelines and working collaboratively across finance and product teams.
This is a fulltime role based in Sydney with flexibility to support how you work best.
What do I need
To be successful in this role youll bring a practical curious mindset and enjoy working with both numbers and people. Youll also have:
- Strong experience analysing financial results and turning data into clear insights
- Confidence partnering with stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial or forecasting tools
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- An interest in retail banking products particularly mortgages and how they perform commercially
