Swimming Operations Manager

Position Summary:The Swimming Operations Managersupports the daily operations ofIMGAcademysSwimmingprogram. This roleis responsible forcoordinatinglogisticsmanaging budget (operations and travel)managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth execution of training travel and serves as a key liaison between coaches student-athletes families and internal departments to support an unrivaled experience.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Oversee daily program operations including schedulingbudgettravellogistics and event coordination
• Manage communication with student-athletes families coaches and staff to ensuretimelyupdates and alignment
• Coordinate and track compliance documentation rosters and program records
• Assistwith recruiting processes including communication with prospective student-athletes and families
• Support budgetingpurchasing and inventory management forall swimmingequipment and supplies
• Facilitate onboarding of new athletes and families into theswimmingprogram
• Collaborate with academic residential and athletic staff to support student-athlete success
• Ensure program activities are conducted in alignment with IMG Academy standards policies and values
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Sports Management Business Administration Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 35 years of experience incoachingathletics operations team administrationand/or event management
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/athletics management systems
• Experience working with student-athletes coaches and families preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to lift movepushand pull equipment or boxesin excess of40lbs
• Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonableperiod of time
• Must be able to move around campus which includes gym turf fields etc.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and travel as needed
