The Total Rewards Enablement Lead is a senior individual contributor within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE) serving as the primary Workday Compensation subject matter expert for the organization.

This role is accountable for enabling highquality scalable delivery of global compensation programs through expert ownership of Workday Compensation processes governance and system optimization. The position partners closely with HR Finance Payroll and COE leaders to ensure compensation programsincluding base pay shortterm incentives and longterm incentivesare designed executed and continuously improved through a globally consistent systemdriven approach.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy and influence this role acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and plays a critical role in shaping the future state of the Compensation COE through process standardization system enablement and bestpractice design.

The role will be part of Kimberly Clarks International Family Care and Professional (IFP) businessan organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. In this role you will:

Workday Compensation & System Enablement

  • Serve as the senior Workday Compensation expert supporting configuration testing documentation and ongoing optimization of compensation processes within Workday.

  • Ensure all global and regional compensation processes are fully enabled governed and scalable within Workday and associated market pricing tools.

  • Partner with People Solution Payroll and COE leaders to support effective system enhancements upgrades and global rollouts.

  • Document and maintain endtoend compensation processes clearly distinguishing global regional and countryspecific requirements.

Global Compensation Process Ownership

  • Design execute and evaluate annual global compensation planning cycles in Workday including Merit review process Bonus process and LTIs

  • Own endtoend compensation enablement for these cycles ensuring accuracy timeliness governance compliance and system integrity.

  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies automation and improved user experience while maintaining strong controls and data quality.

Governance Quality & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to global compensation governance standards timelines and approval frameworks.

  • Independently manage complex compensation activities requiring a high degree of accuracy confidentiality and judgment.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service quality system effectiveness and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Oversee quality assurance of compensation deliverables produced by enablement resources.

Total Rewards Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Actively participate in the design of the Total Reward Strategy with the IFP Total Rewards Director reviewing existing systems processes and operating models.

  • Benchmark compensation programs processes and system practices against external market and industry best practices.

  • Evaluate compensation policies and procedures partnering with compensation consulting providers as needed to support business requirements.

Stakeholder Advisory & Enablement

  • Translate complex compensation and Workday concepts into clear actionable guidance for HR managers and business stakeholders.

  • Partner with Talent Business Partners Finance Payroll and other COEs to support informed decisionmaking.

  • Support the IFP Total Rewards Lead in executing the Total Rewards philosophy and global governance initiatives.

Leadership Knowledge & Capability Building

  • Coach and mentor Total Rewards Enablement Analyst providing guidance feedback and technical expertise.

  • Develop and deliver training materials process documentation and knowledge resources to build Workday Compensation capability across the People function.

  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing bestpractice adoption and continuous learning within the Total Rewards COE.

To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

  • Proven progressive compensation experience including ownership of global merit and incentive cycles.

  • Demonstrated handson experience supporting compensation processes within Workday Compensation.

  • Strong experience in compensation policy analysis process design and governance implementation.

  • Proven ability to independently manage complex highpriority compensation activities.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Advanced analytical and modelling capability; excellent Excel proficiency required.

Professional & Leadership Skills

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse global teams.

  • High degree of accuracy discretion confidentiality and accountability.
