For ourSupply Chainteam based in Poland we are currently looking for a (Demand Planning)Integrated Business Planning(IBP) Leads.
The successful role holder willfacilitateIntegrated Business Planningprocesses in their respective markets to achieve aligned market demand plan approved by the Market Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
FacilitateIntegratedBusiness Planningprocess in the Market to achieve aligned Market demand plan approved byMarketManagement team.
Balancesupply and demand ensure successful inventory management throughout thesupply chainand follow up on product availability at market level
Identifyrisks and opportunities to the plan create optimizedresponsesandvalidatethem with the stakeholders
Execute planning of New Product Initiatives and phase-out of products considering market requirements and approved commercial strategies.
Rigorously manage costs in line with agreed budget (loss of goods-materials destroyed management)
Werelooking for someone with:
A degree or postgraduate diploma inBusiness AdministrationSupply Chain Management Economics MathematicsFinanceor related fields will be an advantage.
10 Years of experience withinFast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure toSupply ChainSales StrategyBusiness Planning& Development or Finance
Ability to prepare and leadIBPprocess withproject management skills
Working knowledge of project / product prioritization process and tools
Senior stakeholder management skills
Collaboration andconsultancyskills
Excellent analytical skills with ability to pivot complex business challenges into opportunities
High levelof Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Budget managementexperience
Direct or indirectpeople management experience
Strong English communicationskills both verbal and written
