Senior UIUX Developer

We are seeking a self-starting UX Designer to lead user research and design efforts across our digital platforms. This role supports the modernization and enhancement of existing systems as well as the design and development of new platforms and capabilities. As the UX practitioner you will have significant ownership autonomy and influenceshaping how user-centered design is embedded into our product development process.

This role is ideal for a designer who is comfortable working independently thrives in ambiguity and enjoys partnering closely with product engineering and business leaders to deliver intuitive high-impact user experiences.

Qualifications :

5 Years of experience in UX design product design or related discipline.

Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work including research interaction design and visual design

Experience designing for complex systems enterprise products or SaaS platforms

Experience designing or supporting products that incorporate AI driven automated or intelligent workflows (e.g. agentic AI copilots automation tools).

Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD etc)

Solid understanding of usability principles accessibility standards and responsive design

Ability to work independently manage competing priorities and drive work forward with minimal oversight

Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research including interviews usability testing journey mapping and surveys.

Synthesize research findings into insights themes and actionable recommendations.

Design end-to-end user experiences including workflows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback data and stakeholder input.

Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout discovery design and delivery phases.

Facilitate design reviews usability readouts and collaborative working sessions.

Establish and maintain UX standards design patterns and reusable components
