Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Design develop and maintain QuickBase Power apps applications to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional Quick Base solutions.

Database Management:

Create and manage database schemas tables forms and reports within Quick Base.

Ensure data integrity accuracy and security within Quick Base applications.

Workflow Automation:

Automate workflows and business processes using Quick Bases low-code development capabilities.

Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to optimize workflow efficiency.

Integration:

Integrate Quick Base applications with other systems and tools to enable seamless data exchange and synchronization.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow between Quick Base and external systems.

Customization and Enhancement:

Customize and enhance Quick Base applications to meet evolving business needs and requirements.

Implement custom functionalities formulas and scripts within Quick Base applications as necessary.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end users on how to use Quick Base applications effectively.

Address user inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of Quick Base applications.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation for Quick Base applications including design specifications workflows and integration details.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quick Base Developer or Microsoft power apps in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in database management and low-code development.
• Extensive knowledge of Quick Base platform features functionalities and best practices.
• Experience with workflow automation and business process optimization.
• Ability to design and implement complex Quick Base applications to meet business requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
