Role Overview:

Senior Contract Manager - The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle securing new projects and maintaining strong relationships with clients consultants and other stakeholders.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive business growth through effective contract negotiation and project management.

Responsibilities:

Lead contract management activities for building projects including tendering negotiation and finalization of contracts.
Maintain and leverage a strong network of contacts with consultants clients and industry partners to identify and secure new project opportunities.
Review draft and manage commercial agreements ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide strategic advice on contractual risks claims and commercial strategies to senior management.
Monitor project performance from a commercial perspective including variations claims and final account settlements.
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure contract terms are executed effectively mitigating disputes and maximizing profitability.
Support business development by contributing to proposals tenders and client presentations.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management with a main contractor or similar environment in the building industry.
Strong network of industry contacts with clients consultants and key stakeholders.
Proven track record of clinching and managing high-value projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts procurement processes and dispute resolution
