The responsibilities of the Finance & HR Executive shall include but are not limited to those contained in the following statements:
Finance
1. Perform day-to-day financial transactions including posting of transactions to journals ledgers and other records accounts receivable and accounts payables
2. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
3. Prepare timely and relevant management reports for monitoring and analysis
4. Prepare GST reports for quarterly submission
5. Ensure accurate and timely monthly quarterly and year end close processes
6. Develop and put into practice procedures and systems for handling finances and accounting review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Human Resource
1. Manage full spectrum of human resource management and office administrative functions
2. Perform end-to-end HR duties not limited to recruitment compensation and benefits payrolls and performance management
3. Handle employees enquires on HR-related matters
4. Prepare and ensure timely statutory submission such as monthly CPF contribution /IR8A/ manpower reports etc
5. Ensure compliance to all manpower related legislations/guidelines
C) Job Knowledge Skills & Experience
Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with full set management reporting
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and HR practices and principles
Experience in implementing Finance IT system is strongly preferred
Good in planning organizing and strategic thinking
Effective communication skills and good teamwork
Positive good working attitude willing to contribute and able to work independently
