HR Specialist (Tuas based, 9-months contract)
Job Summary
PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Singapore. The HR Specialist will support HR operations employee lifecycle activities and a range of HR projects and initiatives. This includes coordinating onboarding and engagement programs assisting with process improvements supporting HR reporting and data tracking and contributing to the execution of people-related projects that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration across the employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and employee data management
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate HR campaigns such as engagement surveys learning initiatives and wellness programs
- Assist in employee engagement programs HR communications and internal events
- Provide support for employee queries and escalate issues to the appropriate HR team member when necessary
- Prepare HR reports metrics trackers and presentations as required
- Track project timelines update action items and support stakeholder follow-up
- Help streamline HR processes through documentation reporting and workflow improvements
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Support change management activities related to HR transformation projects
- Partner with HR team members and business stakeholders to implement key people initiatives
Qualifications :
- University degree or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and organization skills with ability to prioritize important projects
- Highly motivated team player who is adaptable mature meticulous self-driven and customer-service oriented
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive attitude willingness to learn and a proactive approach to work
- Maintain confidentiality of AbbVies data and uphold AbbVie Values.
