Your responsibilities will include:
As our RPO Team Leader youll be the heartbeat of delivery creating energy driving performance and ensuring recruitment runs at its absolute best. You will:
Lead and develop a team of talented Recruitment/Onsite Consultants
Shape recruitment strategies that boost fill rates and speed of delivery
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners
Ensure delivery of quality consistency and candidate experience
Drive improvements that simplify processes and elevate service
Influence commercial outcomes through productivity and smart decision-making
