What We Offer:
- Top Pay Structure: Our top salespeople surpass $100000 annually. 90 day salary guarantee for those without automotive sales experience. Competitive base salary plus commission on both front-end and back-end gross profit after training or for those with previous experience.
- Comprehensive Benefits: We provide a full benefits package including health insurance 401k with company match and paid time off.
- 5 Day Work Week. Includes Saturdays out by 5PM during the week one weekday off work one Sunday a month for 5 hours.
- Company Car: Provided after probationary period. Must be eligible per insurance company/licensing agency guidelines
