Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced high-energy Account Executive to join our team and help us bring modern hiring and talent acquisition technology to more customers. If you are passionate about improving how companies recruit and you thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments we would love to meet you.

What You Will Do
  • Run the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demos negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to understand their hiring challenges and present our platform as a meaningful solution.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of both high-velocity deals and longer strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing and customer success teams to share insights and support growth.
  • Represent the company with professionalism curiosity and a strong value-driven approach.
What You Bring
  • 3 to 7 or more years of successful SaaS sales experience ideally in HR tech recruiting software ATS platforms or talent acquisition solutions.
  • A strong track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing mid-market to enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders including CHROs Heads of People Talent Directors and Hiring Managers.
  • Comfort operating in a full-cycle B2B sales role that includes both outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce HubSpot Outreach Gong or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of HR and recruiting workflows is a strong plus.

  • Experience selling into enterprise HR or Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Background in HR tech startups or recruitment automation software.
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems and the broader HR tech ecosystem
