Salary: 19.4 lakhs- 25.5 lakhs INR p.a. full-time equivalent dependent on experience

The role

The Raspberry Pi Foundations work is entering an exciting phase as we extend our educational products and programmes to include artificial intelligence (AI). In collaboration with Google and Google DeepMind we are expanding this work globally through partnerships with educational organisations.

The Partnerships Manager will manage Experience AI in India leading the set-up and delivery of partnerships across the country. You will have experience of developing and sustaining successful partnerships and knowledge of how school and education systems work in India. You will be a strong project manager with an ability to work effectively across internal and external teams including with senior stakeholders. You will have a good understanding of how to use data effectively and of grant management processes.

You dont need to be an expert in AI computing or digital making but you do need to bring a passion for our mission and a willingness to learn.

Main responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow the reach and impact of Experience AI in India through partnerships with education systems and non profit organisations.
• Identify and assess potential Experience AI partners in India based on set criteria. Ensure that potential partnerships are mission-aligned and maximise impact for underserved and educationally disadvantaged young people and communities.
• Oversee and manage the process of partnership or grant agreements to organisations. Support selected partners to understand requirements agree to achievable reach and impact results contribute to due diligence checks and sign formal agreements.
• Programme manage and monitor the set-up implementation and offboarding of Experience AI partnerships in India supporting partners to deliver agreed outcomes to a high standard.
• Manage the localisation and implementation of systems and processes to support Experience AI in India as the programme grows
• Organise and support the delivery of Experience AI training for partners and educators
• Work collaboratively across our Global Partnerships Learning Marketing Digital Products and Impact teams to promote deliver evaluate and report on Experience AI partnerships as well as identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners building trust and sensitively navigating challenges.
• Represent Experience AI at relevant events and meetings including external events.
• Support the creation of a community of practice for Experience AI partners in India.

Experience and personal attributes

• A track record of developing successful partnerships in India including securing large scale education systems partnerships.
• Experience of supporting educational programmes in education settings ideally at scale and involving digital skills computing or digital making.
• A track record of effective and efficient project management including collaboration across internal teams and external organisations managing multiple strands of work delegation to peers and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; you should be capable of presenting effectively and representing Experience AIs unique benefits to audiences including senior stakeholders.
• Excellent writing skills; you should be able to write clearly and concisely for different audiences including formal reports blogs and social media.
• Good data and analytical skills and the ability to use data effectively to improve what we do.
• Interest and knowledge of the AI landscape particularly in education.
• Experience working as part of a remote team
