Pay: HK$26908 to HK$37590 (HGPS Pt 9 to Pt 15) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

To support Cluster Finance Revenue Team in handling the following functions:
-charge of Shroff operations.
fee and charges matters.
system reports checking and reconciliation.
customers enquiry feedback and complaint.
junior staff in daily operation of revenue collection.
the fees collection and other revenue-related systems.
the review and re-engineering of operational workflow.
in income budgeting monthly projection and management reporting.
internal control and cash handling projects.
any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry Requirements:

1.(a)Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B) Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ Attained in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent.


2.3 years clerical experience with good knowledge of the functions and operations in one or more of the following areas:
(a)general administration
(b)filing and records keeping
(c)supplies and stores
(d)human resources
(e)finance accounting and statistics
(f)data input and analyses
(g)typing word processing and/or Chinese word processing
(h)telephone operation client communication and reception service

Preferable Attributes/Exposure:

-on experience to use HA revenue systems such as PBRC OPAS FCS SFMS Oracle GL and etc.
in PC applications e.g. MS Excel Access PowerPoint and Word.
experience and good knowledge in database management.
organizing and analytical ability.
self-motivated able to work independently and under pressure.
interpersonal and communication skills.
in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
