Project Manager MEP,Fit out

• Lead and manage MEP design coordination and execution for office fitout and brownfield projects.
• Review and validate MEP drawings specifications and BOQs; ensure alignment with project requirements and local codes.
• Coordinate with architects structural engineers contractors and vendors for seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules budgets and resource plans for MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Manage procurement and installation of MEP equipment and materials.
• Oversee testing commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues value engineering opportunities and design conflicts.
• Liaise with clients consultants and authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Prepare progress reports documentation and maintain project records.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in MEP management preferably in office fitout and brownfield projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing fire protection and ELV systems.
• Familiarity with local building codes standards and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit MS Project and other relevant software.
• Excellent project management coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams manage contractors and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
