Otrix Life Science LLP is looking for a senior and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of digital growth campaign execution and online revenue. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical execution-focused and capable of scaling campaigns in a competitive D2C environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing and amp; Growth
Plan execute and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads and other digital platforms
Manage ad budgets effectively and optimize campaigns for maximum return
Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing
Strategy and amp; Planning
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Identify new growth opportunities channels and campaign ideas
Plan and execute monthly and quarterly marketing roadmaps
and nbsp;
Social Media and amp; Coordination
Oversee social media strategy and ensure consistent brand communication
Coordinate closely with the Social Media Specialist for content planning posting schedules and campaign execution
and nbsp;
SEO and amp; Organic Growth
Lead SEO initiatives including on-page off-page and technical optimization
Improve website ranking visibility and organic traffic through structured strategies
and nbsp;
Website and amp; Conversion Optimization
Monitor website performance and user journey
Optimize landing pages and sales funnels to improve conversion rates
Implement A/B testing and performance improvements
and nbsp;
Marketplace and amp; E-commerce Support
Coordinate with the e-commerce team for marketplace campaigns (Amazon Flipkart Nykaa)
Align digital campaigns with product launches and promotional activities
Retention and amp; CRM Marketing
Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Implement remarketing and customer retention strategies
and nbsp;
Analytics and amp; Reporting
Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports
Derive actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Use tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager for data analysis
Team Coordination
Work closely with content design and sales teams for smooth execution
Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing initiatives

Core Requirements (Senior-Level):
