Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for improving equipment reliability reducing downtime and supporting production performance through effective planning technical leadership and team development.
Responsibilities
Lead preventive and planned maintenance programs.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
Supervise maintenance staff and support their development.
Oversee maintenance and facility improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
Manage maintenance schedules budgets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
Strong background in industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
8 years of relevant experience including supervisory responsibility.
