Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a precision manufacturing facility in Northeast Tulsa. This is a setup-intensive high-tolerance machining environment where machinists work with advanced multi-axis equipment and complex tooling to produce large high-precision components.

This is not a button-pushing role. We are looking for a machinist who can independently set up troubleshoot and hold tight tolerances.

Equipment

2 Shift Openings:
HAAS ST-15Y 3-axis horizontal lathe
Brother Vertical Mill
HAAS Vertical Mill & Horizontal Lathe Cell 3-axis vertical mill paired with 2-axis horizontal lathe

Weekend Shift Openings
HAAS VF-5 3-axis vertical mill with Midaco 2-pallet system
HAAS TL-1 2-axis horizontal lathe
HAAS ST-25 2-axis small horizontal lathe

Key Responsibilities
Perform complete machine setups with minimal supervision
Load and secure fixtures tooling and large precision parts
Select and verify correct programs offsets and work coordinates
Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T
Perform first article inspections using micrometers calipers indicators and gauges
Verify materials for each job
Troubleshoot machine setup and programming issues
Maintain an organized and quality-focused work area

Qualifications
2 years of CNC machining experience
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Experience holding tight tolerances
Multi-axis machining experience preferred
Ability to meet run times and adapt to production priorities
Reliable accountable and detail-oriented
