Location Northampton
Salary - 28000 per annum

Hours Monday-Friday 8:30AM 5PM

An Opportunity with a Growing Professional Services Firm

An established and expanding professional services business is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Relationship & Operations Coordinator to join their team in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client communication with operational coordination and takes pride in delivering a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage incoming enquiries and oversee day-to-day client communications.
  • Prepare accurate and tailored quotations based on architectural drawings and project specifications.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to support engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate internal workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality documentation using Microsoft Office.
  • Liaise with internal departments including technical and finance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be:

  • Experienced in client services account coordination or customer relationship management.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and confident working with technical documentation and drawings.
  • A clear and professional communicator both written and verbal.
  • Proactive adaptable and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
  • Collaborative in approach with a positive and solutions-focused mindset.
