We are seeking a dedicated Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team supporting a world leader in retail and e-commerce. As digital shopping continues to grow we provide a professional environment where your expertise ensures a seamless experience for customers in Norway. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultations: Advise Norwegian-speaking customers on product availability technical specifications and sizing across a wide range of retail categories.
- Order Management: Manage the end-to-end customer journey including order processing shipment tracking and handling returns or exchanges with precision.
- Technical Assistance: Support users with digital platform navigation account management and secure payment processing.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve service-related concerns with a professional and helpful approach ensuring a positive brand experience and high customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Language: Native or C2-level Norwegian and professional proficiency in English.
- Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
- Professionalism: An organized customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer success is a strong advantage.
