We are seeking a reliable Norwegian-speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist to join our international automotive support this role you will be the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking drivers requiring urgent assistance. This position is based in Greece offering a stable professional environment where your ability to handle critical situations is rewarded with a high quality of life a Mediterranean climate and a welcoming international community.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Coordination: Respond to incoming calls from Norwegian-speaking drivers requiring roadside assistance towing or technical support.

• Logistics Management: Coordinate with local service providers mechanics and towing companies to ensure timely help for the customer.

• Technical Guidance: Provide initial troubleshooting for common automotive issues and manage car rental or alternative travel arrangements when necessary.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate real-time logs of incidents and service progress using specialized automotive software.

Requirements

• Native or C2-level Norwegian and professional proficiency in English.

• Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Residence permits from other EU countries are not sufficient for employment in Greece).
• A professional calm and empathetic communication style especially in high-pressure situations.

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate complex geographical and logistical data.
