Danish Speaking Customer Support Accommodation & Travel Platform
Location: Greece Athens On-site or Remotely within the country (Relocation Mandatory)

We are seeking a professional Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team supporting one of the worlds leading accommodation and travel booking platforms. Responsibilities
- Reservation Management: Assist Danish-speaking travelers with booking inquiries modifications and cancellations via phone email and chat.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve payment discrepancies and booking issues by coordinating between travelers and accommodation partners.
- Technical Assistance: Support users with account access mobile app navigation and troubleshooting on the digital platform.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions reflect the premium service standards of a global travel leader while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level Danish and professional proficiency in English.
- Mandatory: EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Please note that non-EU residence permits from other countries are not sufficient).
- A professional calm and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
- Previous experience in the travel hospitality or e-commerce sector is a strong advantage.
