Work Model
Initial on-site training in Athens (9 weeks)

Your Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Assist with bookings cancellations and reservation changes
Support customers with payment-related questions
Communicate clearly and professionally in Croatian and English
Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For
Fluency in Croatian
English proficiency at B2 level
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude
EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
