Work Model
- Initial on-site training in Athens (9 weeks)
- Possibility of remote work after training depending on performance and readiness
Your Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Assist with bookings cancellations and reservation changes
- Support customers with payment-related questions
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Croatian and English
- Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in Croatian
- English proficiency at B2 level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
