They are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant with direct experience in fintech or financial services to support senior leadership in a demanding high-accountability environment. This role requires someone who understands the rhythm confidentiality standards and operational intensity of regulated financial environments.
This is a full-time fully in-office position based in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex high-volume executive calendars within a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper to senior leadership.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel ensuring compliance with internal finance and documentation processes.
- Support board-level and executive meetings including agenda prep minute-taking and action tracking.
- Handle expense submissions with precision and compliance awareness.
- Prepare high-quality presentations reports and financial documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality across financial and strategic matters.
- Support ad hoc executive and operational priorities as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Mandatory: Proven Executive Assistant experience within fintech or financial services.
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior financial executives.
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and financial documentation standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint).
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure high-accountability settings.
- Highly discreet resilient and structured.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
