ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are recruiting a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms

Apply platform policies and community guidelines consistently and fairly

Make rational well-informed decisions on content escalations

Handle peaks in queue volumes during promotion seasons

Provide support and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy

Work collaboratively with team members across rotative shifts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal)

Strong moderation skills and rational decision-making abilities

Local market expertise and cultural awareness

Strong understanding of e-commerce

Excellent customer service skills and empathy

Ability to cope with high-volume workloads during peak periods

Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:

Competitive base salary

Attendance Bonus: 100 per 11 months

Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day

Welcome Bonus: 1500 (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year of employment)
