Romanian Speaking Content Moderator

This is a full-time fully on-site position based in our state-of-the-art Porto hub. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your contribution directly impacts the safety and experience of millions of users.

The Role

As a Content Moderator you will act as the digital guardian of the platform. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Monitor and review uploaded videos images and text in Romanian to identify content that violates platform policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply objective criteria to decide whether content should remain on the platform be removed or be escalated.
• User Safety: Identify and report trends regarding harmful content helping to keep the digital space safe for users of all ages.
• Accuracy & Speed: Maintain high levels of concentration to process content efficiently while meeting strict quality and accuracy standards.
• Emotional Intelligence: Handle sensitive topics with professionalism and resilience supported by our robust wellness programs.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Romanian (C1/C2) and a strong command of English (B2).
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot nuances in language and visual cues that may violate subtle policy guidelines.
• Tech Comfort: Familiarity with social media platforms and a general comfort using web-based tools and internal software.
• Resilience: Ability to view and analyze various types of online content objectively.
• Experience: No prior experience in content moderation is required! We provide comprehensive paid training. However backgrounds in customer service legal or media are highly valued.
