Job Summary

The Role

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking users. This is a non-voice role focusing exclusively on providing high-quality support through email and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Inquiries: Respond to user queries regarding account access app features and technical troubleshooting via email and chat.
  • Community Support: Assist users in navigating the platforms ecosystem ensuring they have the tools to create and share content safely.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy adhering to brand tone and internal quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Investigate user issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate specialized teams.
  • Platform Integrity: Stay updated on platform guidelines to provide accurate information and support a positive user environment.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Polish (C1/C2) and an upper-intermediate level of English (B2).
  • Digital Savvy: A strong interest in social media mobile apps and digital content trends.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and tone.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a digital-related field is a plus but not a requirement. We provide full training!
