Job Summary
Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist Lisbon (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon (Anjos Office).
Position Details

Work Model: Hybrid (subject to change in the future)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Contract Type: Permanent contract with 180-day probation period
Job Responsibilities
-
Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers
-
Manage and optimize mainly Google Ads campaigns (Search Display YouTube etc.)
-
Create keyword packages bidding strategies and budget recommendations
-
Develop expertise across Google products (GSN Mobile YouTube etc.)
-
Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights and report on KPIs
Requirements
-
Minimum 12 months of experience in ads optimization (Google Facebook TikTok or other digital platforms)
-
Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (Search Network Display Network YouTube etc.)

Strong Excel knowledge
-
Analytical mindset
-
Good understanding of KPIs
Salary & Benefits

Annual Base Salary: 23000

Language Premium: 3240/year

Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary

Average Monthly Total: 2356

Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net meal card)
