Technical Customer Service Specialist EU

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Customer Service Specialist fluent in German to join our growing team in this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing high-quality technical assistance and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to German-speaking customers via phone email and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues efficiently
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and system functionalities
• Escalate complex technical cases to relevant teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by combining technical expertise with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Interest or experience in technical support IT or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Eligibility

• EU citizenship OR
• Valid work permit for Portugal
