We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Technical Customer Service Specialist fluent in Dutch to join our international team in this role you will provide first-line technical support and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone email and chat
• Diagnose and resolve product or service-related issues effectively
• Assist customers with system navigation and technical troubleshooting
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when required
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-driven environment

Eligibility

• EU citizenship OR
• Valid work permit for Portugal
