How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
In this role you will report to Global Procurement Organization and you will be responsible for transversal aspects of the Supplier Risk and Relationship Management (SR2M) and Sustainability processes globally and for supporting the deployment of standardized processes as needed.
This role coordinates with stakeholders within and outside of Procurement to ensure that the SR2M processes are aligned with other initiatives Bluebook policies and regulatory requirements. This role also ensures that risks associated with third-party suppliers are effectively identified assessed and mitigated and that supplier relationships and performance are managed within Group Procurement to maximize value and align with Air Liquides objectives.
You will ensures a smooth collaboration with key interfaces. This role will interact with stakeholders globally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Transversal Alignment of SR2M Policies and Processes
Collaborates with stakeholders within and outside of Procurement to ensure alignment and coordination of SR2M Bluebook policies with related Bluebooks and other departments (e.g. Operations Finance BIS/Digital Security Legal etc)
Actively promotes and enables the standardization of Air Liquide SR2M processes across the Group
Ensure global processes meet Bluebook and regulatory requirements
Project Management and Documentation
Serve as the project manager for SR2M transversal initiatives
Ensure that Procurement databases and systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date process procedures referentials etc
Oversee the documentation and record-keeping requirements for all SR2M activities ensuring traceability accessibility and compliance.
Collaboration and Communication
Serve as an expert in promoting and communicating SR2M processes.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Generate meaningful reports and dashboards on SR2M performance and compliance.
Share best practices within the Procurement community.
Training
Develop training materials on SR2M topics
Provide training to identified audiences
Supplier Risk Management
Apply Air Liquide SR2M process for identifying assessing and mitigating risks associated with new and existing suppliers.
Collaborate with Risk Owners (e.g. Operations Finance BIS/Digital Security) to ensure effective risk assessment and mitigation.
Monitor supplier risks throughout the supplier lifecycle and implement appropriate actions based on risk monitoring results.
Supplier Relationship Management
Apply Air Liquide SR2M framework for managing supplier relationships based on supplier segmentation.
Ensure that business reviews are conducted with suppliers at appropriate frequencies and levels (executive and operational) to drive performance and value.
Supplier Performance Evaluation
Apply Air Liquide SR2M process for evaluating supplier performance including the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and scoring methodologies
Ensure that supplier performance evaluations are made to drive improvement inform sourcing decisions and recognize top-performing suppliers.
Sustainability
Assist as needed with ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) risk assessment campaigns for suppliers.
Promote inclusive purchasing practices.
Other activities as needed.
