Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in project management and data governance in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll play a pivotal role in driving Alstoms global Digital Transformation by supporting the structuring deployment and adoption of data management and governance principles across the Digital Engineering ecosystem. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business such as engineering digital platforms data architecture and transformation teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution and much more.

Youll specifically take care of coordinating and delivering foundational documents processes and frameworks related to data governance master data metadata and CI/CD/CT integration but also organizing workshops managing timelines and facilitating change management activities.

Well look to you for:

• Managing the planning execution and delivery of all data-related streams within the Digital Transformation program.

• Structuring and consolidating deliverables including foundational documents governance policies and architecture principles.

• Tracking progress milestones risks dependencies and mitigation plans across multiple teams.

• Organizing facilitating and documenting workshops with solution teams architects domain experts and transformation stakeholders.

• Overseeing the creation maintenance and publication of program documentation including guidelines RACI matrices and governance structures.

• Supporting the rollout of new data governance practices and promoting the adoption of the Data as a Product mindset.

• Masters degree Engineering school or equivalent; specialization in Digital Transformation Data or Project/Program Management is a plus.

• 8yrs of Experience in project management within an industrial IT data or engineering environment (10 years preferred).

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering transformation or governance initiatives.

• Solid understanding of digital engineering data governance concepts and transformation methodologies.

• Strong skills in documentation structuring process definition and workshop facilitation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD/CT concepts and enterprise data platforms is a plus.

• Excellent communication leadership organization and problem-solving skills with a change-management mindset and adaptability.

• Proficiency in English (very good level).
