Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Overview: An experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex network infrastructure and security transformation projects including Zscaler migrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership stakeholder management and technical acumen to successfully plan execute and govern enterprise-scale initiatives across global teams. This role requires deep understanding of networking infrastructure and cloud security concepts combined with hands-on experience managing Zero Trust / Zscaler implementations and migrations. Key Responsibilities: Project & Program Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Zscaler migration projects (ZIA ZPA ZDX Zscaler Client Connector) from initiation through closure.
• Develop and manage project plans schedules budgets RAID logs and governance artifacts.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with business and security objectives.
• Apply Agile Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs. Zscaler & Security Transformation:
• Manage enterprise migration from legacy security solutions (VPNs firewalls proxies) to Zscaler Zero Trust architecture.
• Coordinate with network security infrastructure and endpoint teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Oversee activities such as: o Traffic forwarding (GRE/IPsec PAC files) o Client Connector rollout o Application segmentation and access policies o Cutover planning and post-migration stabilization Network & Infrastructure Oversight:
• Demonstrate strong understanding of: o Network architecture (LAN/WAN SD-WAN DNS routing firewalls) o Data center and cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP) o Identity and access management (Active Directory Azure AD SSO)
• Translate technical designs into executable project plans. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
• Act as primary interface between business stakeholders security architects engineers and vendors.
• Manage relationships with Zscaler system integrators and third-party vendors.
• Drive executive-level status reporting and steering committee communications. Risk Compliance & Change Management:
• Identify and mitigate project risks dependencies and security impacts.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security compliance and regulatory standards.
• Lead change management activities including user communication training and adoption planning. Required Qualifications:
• 10 years of experience in IT Project / Program Management.
• Proven experience managing Zscaler migration or Zero Trust security projects.
• Strong knowledge of networking and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise or global projects.
• Excellent communication documentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage with both technical teams and senior executives. Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with: o Zscaler ZIA ZPA ZDX o VPN replacement and secure remote access programs
• Experience with cloud networking and security.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes service transition and operational handover.
• Project Management certifications (preferred): o PMP PRINCE2 SAFe Agile/Scrum
• Security certifications (nice to have): o CISSP CCSP or equivalent Key Competencies:
