Job Summary

This is a business critical role in the Ops Integration team which is a central function in Supply Chain for focused on managing customer order splits and engage with business stakeholders across category teams for to drive strategic initiatives like Units per Purchase and Units per box for Amazon India. This role reports directly to a Supply Chain.

Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities is to drive down the order Splits for on an ongoing basis using all input parameters across inventory stocking at FCs(both Amazon & External) technology tools working with the relevant category partner teams to drive customer order behavior on the platform to support driving up Units per Purchase and Units per Box.
The role requires complete ownership end to end of the Splits program for and reports to the Supply Chain Ops Integration Sr Manager. It requires ongoing engagement with operations and business stakeholders at a senior level working closely with stakeholders to define goals and deliver to them year on year.


About the team
The Ops integration team is a central team within IN Ops focused with multiple pods - Speed UPB FX & Supply chain Automation/Gen AI initiatives. The Splits program focuses on packaging splits reduction initiatives and has a direct bearing on customer experience and profitability. Stakeholders include leaders at Direct and VP levels across VP organizations. Skill requires sharp data analysis interpretation and articulation with stakeholders and safeguard the tenets of the program through engaging with the stakeholder. It is a high visibility role with high impact.

- 5 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
