In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Proactively engaging with customers to deeply understand and clarify technical requirements ensuring all offers comply with their specifications.
- Developing tailored technical quotations that accurately address customer needs.
- Preparing complete and compliant commercial proposals aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Delivering precise highquality quotations within short lead times to support customer satisfaction.
- Using designated tools and systems to maximize efficiency maintain accuracy and ensure transparent documentation.
- Collaborating closely with Field Sales Engineers to align pricing strategies and support competitiveness.
- Promoting adherence to internal policies guidelines and best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensuring full compliance with legal and internal Trade Compliance requirements by following established procedures.
- Assessing implications of payment terms delivery timelines and commercial offer outcomes.
- Estimating solution costs and delivery durations and proposing alternative options when appropriate based on price and leadtime considerations.
