You are the custodian of space for Mondelēz International products in all our retail environments. To implement our snacking vision andto drivecategory growth you provide comprehensive reviews and make category-led recommendations. You ensure that retail and spaceexpertiseinfluencethe right decisions on new packaging shelf and fixture layout to maximize Mondelēz International distribution.
How you will contribute
You will:
Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics andidentifyopportunities and risks to the plan
Category Strategy Execution:
Translate category strategies into customer strategies to support the sales teams.
Identifycategory growth opportunities across customers and channels.
Work closely with the Country CP Lead key account managers (KAMs) and marketing teams to ensure category plans are aligned with businessobjectives.
Support the development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for key retailers.
Providedata-drivenrecommendations to support commercial discussions and negotiations.
Perfect Store:
Ensureoptimalproduct assortment(MSL)and placement to maximize shelf efficiency and shopper engagement.
Support the execution of planograms and merchandising guidelines aligned with category strategies.
Provide recommendations forNPDsplacementand portfolio reviews.
Providestrategy continuoustrackingand optimization of all PS KPIs with relevant insights for sales
Keepupdated clear set of rules for Sales Field forcetracking process (shelfproductsand secondary measurement)
Provide relevantobjectivesfor all PS KPI todrive growth quarterly updates
Ensure updated productscatalog
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Monitor category sales performance market share and PS KPIs.
Utilize shopper insights and market data (e.g. Nielsen IGD internal data) to provide actionable recommendations.
Identifyand address gaps between forecasted and actual category performance.
